Neil has led Architecture by Studio HIVE since its incorporation in 2020. Neil joined the new practice following 15 years as a director of BDP in Bristol. He has a wide range of experience across many sectors including Education, Residential, Healthcare, Commercial and Urbanism. He has worked with many of the UK’s leading developers including Land Securities, Hammerson, Grosvenor and Urban Splash.

He specialises in early concept work and creating tangible forms from a client brief. He is happiest with a roll of tracing paper and a Rotring pencil in hand.
